We offer complimentary delivery for all orders within Dubai. For deliveries to other Emirates, we provide free shipping on orders exceeding 800 AED. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee of 25 AED.

Our standard order processing time is within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we will send you a notification with the tracking information.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase.

For an eligible return/exchange, product must be ordered directly from bettyrsose.com. The item must be in the same condition in which you receive it including all original packaging and with the tag intact. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
