If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase.
For an eligible return/exchange, product must be ordered directly from bettyrose.ae. The item must be in the same condition in which you receive it including all original packaging and with the tag intact. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
